Description :

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Montessori Educator to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Montessori philosophy and be committed to creating a prepared environment that encourages independence, respect, and holistic development in young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Montessori teaching methods and materials in daily lessons and activities
• Prepare and maintain a well-organized, child-centered Montessori classroom environment
• Observe and guide children based on individual interests and developmental needs
• Foster a calm, respectful, and inclusive learning atmosphere in line with Montessori principles
• Encourage independence, self-discipline, and responsibility in children
• Record and track each child’s progress through observation and assessments
• Maintain effective communication with parents/guardians regarding children’s development and learning journeys
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
• Collaborate with other educators and staff for school events, team planning, and continuous improvement
• Uphold the school's policies and embody Montessori values in professional conduct

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Montessori Certification (e.g., from Montessori Association of Malaysia or equivalent)
• Experience working in a Montessori classroom (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for child-led learning
• Basic understanding of Montessori philosophy and child development stages

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 48 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
