Job Description:
- Maintaining the purchasing policy and ensuring that all purchases adhere to it.
- Handle all project VO with main contractor & coordinate with related departments.
- Dealing with supplier, contractors & vendor for price negotiation, stock delivery, product quality & statutory & regulatory requirements.
- Evaluating suppliers’ performance annually.
- Handling departmental complaint or feedback on poor product quality, late delivery, wrong items/quantity delivered, etc.
- Liaison with other departments, particularly the accounting, production, maintenance and stock departments to ensure the request items/ service specification & requirements.
- Budgeting, costing and cost saving after reviewing the management information available.
- Health and Safety, Quality and other legal requirements.
- Overseeing any large procurement that may happen.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or relevant qualification.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint.
- Good working attitude, responsible and meeting deadline.
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia, Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
