Jawatan Kosong Sales Admin Executive in Taiping
Description :
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and contracts
- Maintain and update sales records, databases, and CRM systems
- Coordinate with sales representatives, finance, logistics, and operations teams
- Track sales performance, targets, and reports for management review
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, and documentation
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports
- Ensure accuracy of sales data and compliance with company policies
- Support the sales team with scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and reminders
- Manage filing systems (physical and digital) for sales documents
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales administration, sales support, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems
- Basic understanding of sales processes and order management
- Time management and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
