JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Procurement Plan
- Analyse input (capacity warehouse)
- Assists HoD prepare procurement plan
- Approval for PRF and finance
- Assist HOD to communicate with suppliers on yearly forecast ordering.
Manage Request
- Verify purchase request from planning for ordering
- Approval and validation of orders.
- Check readiness stock with suppliers.
- Negotiate delivery, payment terms and price.
- Approval for PRF and finance.
- Verify artwork with respective unit (QA/Marketing/Requestor) if any changes for packaging direct/ FG from suppliers.
- Request price quotation with suppliers
- Negotiate for payment terms.
- Request proforma invoice
- Route to E-Payable for finance approval
Manage Request – Urgent request
- Assist HOD to analyze rate of increment and do justification.
- Request price quotation with suppliers.
- Payment terms analysis with Stock cover month availability.
- Freight charges comparison for international supplier.
- Negotiate payment terms and product readiness.
Manage Ordering – Raw Materials
- Prepare Purchase Order
- Request for supplier Proforma Invoice
- Submit PO, Proforma Invoice & Memo to Finance
- Communicate with supplier for order confirmation.
- Advise ETA and monitoring lead time.
- Conduct SGS Inspection.
- Monitor Delivery
Manage Stock Order Shipment – Raw Materials
- Notify supplier on arrangement SGS.
- Develop receiving schedule.
- Submit NoA to forwarder.
- Update K1 and payment transaction
- Conduct custom clearance.
- Inform requester ETA.
- Monitor stock delivery
Manage Purchase Return/ Complaint
- Receive complaint.
- Verified complaint and batches of items.
- Forward to supplier
- Negotiate for claim or replacement.
- Prepare arrangement for pick up and resend the items.
Manage Supplier Relationship
- Identify supplier deliverable.
- Assist HOD Evaluate yearly supplier with QA.
- Assist HOD to monitor supplier performance.
- Assist HOD to analyse supplier performance.
- Assist HOD to negotiate contract with supplier
- Assist HOD to communicate with suppliers on yearly forecast ordering.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
- Degree or higher in related fields
- 1-3 experience in related fields
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Proficient using Microsoft System/Application
- Able to work in a team and independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
