Address: A5, Lorong Haji Ahmad 4, Taman Galing, 25300 Kuantan, Pahang
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Off day on Monday)
Working Hours: 9.30 AM to 6.00 PM
Company Overview
We are a professional short-term rental management company focused on helping property owners maximize rental income through platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTA channels. Our services cover end-to-end operations, including pricing optimization, guest communication, housekeeping coordination, and revenue management.
Job Purpose
The main purpose of this role is to identify and acquire new property owners, converting them into managed units under our short-term rental portfolio to grow company inventory and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. Owner Acquisition (Core Function)
- Identify potential property owners, particularly at Ombak by OSK
- Engage with owners through promotional events at the Ombak Sales Gallery
2. Sales Conversion
- Present the benefits of professional short-term rental management, including:
- Improved occupancy rates
- Dynamic pricing strategies
- Enhanced guest experience
- Attractive profit-sharing models
- Secure agreements for full property management services
3. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners
- Provide regular monthly performance updates
- Address owner concerns professionally, including income expectations and property damage risks
4. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor operators such as ARZA Home, Nature Home, and Perfect Host
- Track pricing trends and occupancy performance in the market
- Identify and report new opportunities to management
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in presenting rental income projections
- Strong ability to manage objections and provide effective solutions
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
