Jawatan Kosong Quantity Surveyor in Kuching

Requirements:
- Professional Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years working experience in construction or development field
- Understanding construction operations and processes
- Good communication and relationship with clients, consultants, sub-contractor and other construction professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all pre and post contract quantity surveying duties for the projects
- Calculating material quantities and costs, labour costs and an achievable project time frame.
- Prepare contract documentation and bill of quantities and proper filing system
- Claims submission, interim payments application, certifying payment
- Cost estimation and analyzing
- Perform any ad-hock tasks when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,564.30 per month
