About Us
OUS Group is a leading Malaysian mining and resource company committed to operational excellence, safety, and sustainability. We are seeking a dedicated Safety & Health Officer / Coordinator to uphold workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across our operational sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across work sites
- Prepare detailed reports with findings, corrective actions, and follow-up measures
- Lead and collaborate with line management to implement safety policies and programs
- Coordinate and deliver safety training sessions, including emergency response protocols
- Identify and mitigate workplace hazards, unsafe practices, and equipment risks
- Ensure first aid resources and safety supplies are available and compliant with regulations
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement throughout the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental, Health, Safety Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a safety-related role
- Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health (Safety and Health Officer) Regulations
- Experience in mining or heavy industrial environments is an added advantage
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel frequently to operational sites

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
