Jawatan Kosong Admin Clerk QC Assistant Officer in Bukit Mertajam

Description :

Language: English and Malay

  • Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks
  • Prepare and maintain documents, filing, and records
  • Key in data and update company systems accurately
  • Data organization and storage knowledge
  • Arrange and organize stock in the store properly
  • Prepare and Issue Sales Invoice and Delivery Order(DO) to customer
  • Maintain records,keep organized records of sales invoice,including customer detail and payment history.
  • Receive incoming goods and check quantity against delivery orders/invoices
  • Inspect goods received and report any shortages or damaged items
  • Key in supplier purchase invoice and Packing List
  • Assist in tiktok shop product management and compaign update
  • Perform other duties assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Fast-moving, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner with a fast response and problem-solving mindset
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to key in data with SQL
  • Able to work in independent
  • Have own transport for travelling to work
  • Willing to learn and learn fast Instant entry
  • Experience in administration handling is an advantage

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
