- To assign delivery routes, coordinate transportation schedules, and optimize routes for efficiency.
- To ensure vehicles are properly maintained, schedule repairs, and manage transportation budgets related to vehicle maintenance
- To monitor driver hours, safety practices, and performance to maintain safety and efficiency
- To communicate with management, drivers, clients, and other departments
