Kerja Kosong Operation Transshipment Executive in Shah Alam
Description :
We are seeking a professional and proactive Special Assistant to the Executive Chairman. The ideal candidate is confident, well-presented, and experienced in handling executive-level support, communication, and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative and operational support to the Executive Chairman
- Manage scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners in a professional manner
- Assist in event coordination, public relations activities, and hospitality arrangements
- Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Background or experience in Public Relations, HR Administration, Travel, or Hotel Management preferred
- Excellent personality, communication, and PR skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Willing to travel domestic and international
- Golf skills will be considered an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
