Job Title: District Manager/ Area Manager
Job Summary
A District Manager supervises and oversees the operations of retail store branches within a certain region and collaborating with Retail Operations Manager to set goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections, ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each tore.
General Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area’s branches by making regular visits and interacting with management.
- Ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards.
- Setting regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections (KPI involving Sales Target, ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall, and Conversion Rate).
- Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.
- Coordinate with report and make recommendations to senior management to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Ensure that each store delivers value and excellence to the clients.
- Apply innovative approaches and techniques to keep updated with competition.

Candidate preference: Preferably District Manager/ Area Manager/ Multi-Store Manager - specializing in Sales - Retail/ General in Fashion Industry / Footwear / Pharmaceutical, Home and Living Retail Chain Store Retailer and Franchising as well as Food and Beverages. Age between 30 – 45 years old. Passionate with the brand and willing to go beyond. Willing to travel on a daily basis.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
