Jawatan Kosong Project Manager M E Focus in Genting Highlands
Description :
Responsibilities:
- Assist to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
- Assist in issuing credit notes or debit notes.
- Assist to prepare payment voucher and invoice for payment and make sure that the required paperwork is attached before submitting.
- Assist in recording and filing petty cash transaction.
- Liaising with suppliers and transporters for documentation enquiries.
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are accurately entered into the system.
- Provide administration support.
- Assist in accounting functions, data entry, maintain and updating of account records.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or Finance or related field.
- Have knowledge of the basic principles and practices of accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (mainly Word & Excel).
Benefits:
- Monthly Allowance : RM1000 per month
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
