Our client is a well-known construction company which undertake a wide range of projects, be it residential, commercial, industrial or public facilities is looking for a Senior Contract Executive based in PJ.

Job Description:

• Prepare budgetary cost for projects based on detailed analysis of project requirements, materials, labour, and other relevant factors.
• To carry out taking off quantities and measurement.
• Assist in value engineering, cost optimization and budget setting.
• Preparation of sub-contract tender documents, evaluation of bids, and Letter of Award to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Check quantity and advise purchaser on materials to be ordered.
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, including monitoring project progress, variations, and claims management.
• To track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Prepare and ensure timely submission of Contractors Monthly progress claim and sub-contractor’s certificate.
• Attend tender interview and site meeting.
• Monitor project costs, prepare regular cost reports, and identify variances from budgeted costs, implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure cost control.
• Prepare final accounts with clients and subcontractors, ensuring all contractual entitlements and variations are properly documented and accounted for.
• To liaise with client, consultants, Site Managers, Project Managers and Site Engineers.
• Able to meet deadline for assignment given.
• Ad-hoc assigned by HOD/Contract Manager.
• Assist the HOD/Contract Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Min 5 years in Pre & Post-Contract for high rise project experience.
• Familiar in Building / Structural / Architectural Finishes. Infrastructure work.
• Experience/knowledge of Interior Design/renovation costing is an added advantage.
• Familiar with building material pricing and labour cost.
• Good working relationship with various Consultants, suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point is a must.
• Team Player, Resourceful, Aggressive, committed, willing/able to work long hours.

Benefits: 5-day week, performance bonus, medical, EPF, etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• pre-contract & post-contract for HIGH-RISE projects.: 5 years (Required)
