Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing assistance, information and support to customer.
- Answering customer inquiries, address customer complaints, resolving issues and provide effective communication with customers through phone calls and replying to emails.
Shift:
- Rotational shift (day and night)
Qualifications or experiences:
- SPM
- Proficient in English
- At least 18 years old
Basic salary:
- RM 1900
Benefits:
- Shift allowance
- KPI allowance

- Will provide training
- Temporary accommodation for 2 week to 1 month (free)
