Description :

Responsibilities:

• Maintain banking relationships and negotiating loans.
• Maintaining our accounts system.
• Preparing and presenting financial reports for monthly management meetings
• Working with executives and business heads to prepare budget and track profit / Loss performance by business unit and on consolidated basis.
• Creating solutions to new financial challenges by applying financial/treasury knowledge.
• Liasing with other departments and business units on a range of issues.
• Providing advice on financial matters impacting on the company as a whole.
• Taking responsibility for, and supervising the work of, more junior members of staff.
• Preparing financial report and submissions to respective entities.
• Arranging financial audits and reviews as required.
• Maintaining and transferring money between bank accounts as required.
• Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualifications like ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or MIA membership are an added advantage.
• 2–4 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and banking operations.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, especially during reporting or audit periods.
• Good at liaising with various departments and external parties like auditors and banks.

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
• Bahasa (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
