Description :
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To be responsible & assist for agent enquiry on goods collection.
- To ensure accurate, prompt and up-to-date system transaction entry stock.
- To ensure proper filing system and other administrative duties
- To liaise with Asst. Supervisor / Supervisor on operational problem and inventory accuracy.
- To maintain good rapport with customer.
- To make necessary recommendations to management for improvement for improvement in work methods to enhance overall work efficiency.
- To perform any administrative duties as instructed by the Superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- SPM with 2 - 3 year experience (preferably related experience) or Certificate with 1 year experience (preferably related experience)
- Computer literate
- Able to speak, read and write English
- To attend all trainings and presentations on health and safety matters as well as accident preventions
