Job Responsibilities:

1. ICOP Compliance Management

• Develop and maintain the company’s ICOP Safety Management System and documentation (e.g.,SOPs, Safety Manuals/Checklists, Records’ Filings)
• Lead ICOP audit readiness, documentation updates, and communication with APAD, JPJ (JISA), Puspakom or any other road transport authorities related to road safety issues.
• Coordinate driver training records, safety program implementation, and submission of required reports

2. Transport Safety Oversight

• Conduct on-site transport safety inspections and monitor driver behaviour (Including use of FMS/TMS/By any means) for road safety compliance.
• Promote safe driving practices through periodic safety briefings and driver engagement programs.
• Investigate and document transport-related accidents/incidents and follow up with corrective actions.

3. Regulatory and External Liaison

• Act as the company liaison with APAD, JPJ, DOSH (JKKP), MIROS and other relevant authorities.
• Assist with new applications or renewal of the Operator Licence (Lesen Pengendali C or KA) if needed.

4. Training & Internal Improvement

• Organise regular internal safety training and awareness programs for transport staffs.
• Prepare monthly safety performance reports and propose safety improvement plans.
• Conduct and lead company transport safety committee meeting monthly to ensure ICOP Compliance.

Education & Qualification:

• Minimum Diploma in Occupational Safety, Logistics, Transport Management, or related fields
• Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH or Registered OSH-C or WRRS OSH-C

Relevant Experience & Years of Service:

• Minimum 3 years in transport/logistics safety or regulatory compliance; ICOP audit experience is a strong advantage

Technical Skills, Professional Knowledge & Competencies:

• Good understanding of SOP development, Microsoft Office proficiency, report writing
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
