Job Summary:-
Must have experience with PCB components rework, soldering, and troubleshoot in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:-
Primary:- Responsible in PCB components rework and soldering
Secondary:- Responsible in testing or troubleshoot of PCBA and maintainance of any equipment related.
Job Duties:-
1.Perform soldering (SMT & through-hole) and BGA rework (Demount BGAs from PCB, Deballing & Reballing)
2. Have ability to perform test using test spec provided
3. Ability to read schematics and Gerber files to analyze and trace circuit issues.
4. Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, test results, and component replacements.
5. Knowledge of IPC-7711/IPC-7721 (PCB Rework & Repair) standards is a plus.
6. Support mock-up for assembly products
7. Assembly, configure and, Maintenance of probes for various products. of probe and related accessories.
8. Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Minimum job requirements:-
Qualification
Dip or related experience in Electronics, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
Experience
3 years related experience in PCBA repair.
Special skills / knowledge / certifications / licenses
Able to understand the circuit diagram (blue prints) of multilayer boards.
Skill set:- Higly skills in soldering and reworks machine.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
