Description :
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for handling Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including data entry and payment preparations.
- Perform daily accounting tasks and ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records for audit compliance and reference purposes.
- Assist in month-end closing and year-end audit processes.
- Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience will have an added advantage.
- Experience with Auto Count Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Responsible, reliable, able to work independently, and committed to meeting deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
