Description :
Job Responsibilities :
- Experience within construction housing
- Supervise all site activities, monitor the work progress.
- Discuss with sub-contractors on daily work schedule and resolve any outstanding matters that can cause delay.
- Ensure work quality is achieved and safely regulations are complied.
- Carry out necessary site inspections from time to time.
- Liaise and coordinate with designers/contractors at site and submit written report accordingly.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by the superior/management.
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers)
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be able to read building plan and site drawing
- Must posses own transport and willing to be based at assigned Project location within Perak
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
