Kerja Kosong Clerk Assistant in Kuching
Description :
- Handle incoming phone calls and walk-in customers in a professional manner.
- Check and follow up on pending services to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
- Create and manage Service Verification Orders (SVO), Service Invoices (SIV), and Sales Orders (SO).
- Order spare parts for customers, dealers, and subcontractors.
- Process and manage subcontractor claims and cases.
- Assist with sales administrative tasks as assigned by the Sales Admin Head of Department.
Job Requirements:-
- Candidates should have at least a minimum of SPM or an equivalent qualification.
- We welcome applications from fresh graduates as well as those with related experience.
- Applicants must be proficient in using computers.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and documentation is crucial.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
