Kerja Kosong Clerk Assistant in Kuching

Description :

  • Handle incoming phone calls and walk-in customers in a professional manner.
  • Check and follow up on pending services to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
  • Create and manage Service Verification Orders (SVO), Service Invoices (SIV), and Sales Orders (SO).
  • Order spare parts for customers, dealers, and subcontractors.
  • Process and manage subcontractor claims and cases.
  • Assist with sales administrative tasks as assigned by the Sales Admin Head of Department.

Job Requirements:-

  • Candidates should have at least a minimum of SPM or an equivalent qualification.
  • We welcome applications from fresh graduates as well as those with related experience.
  • Applicants must be proficient in using computers.
  • Strong communication skills in English are essential.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and documentation is crucial.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
