Description :

PA cum Production Planner (Personal Assistant)

• Project coordination
• Assist a Director in executing operational and administrative tasks.
• Run errands and perform various tasks as assigned by the Director
• Handle confidential information with care

– Conduct research and prepare reports (Production & Sales) as required by the Director

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director and Manager (Scheduling and preparing minutes)
• Perform as the primary contact between management and team members.
• Provide backup support to other staff members as needed

– Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.

• Plan for daily production schedules and workman allocation.
• Communicate with the Production Supervisor & other department floors to ensure the availability of manpower and the stability of machine running.
• Assisting and Reporting the production issues to the Factory Manager.
• Preparing production yield reports and sales project status reports accordingly to the Director
• Responsible for achieving production targets in the respective department
• Assisting the Director in the project coordination (product branding) and networking with the related parties.
• Analyze and prepare various reports from each department to the Director.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
