Description :
Internship for IT Department ( Hi-Essence Cable Sdn Bhd ) - Kerteh Plant
- Assist IT team in daily support & troubleshooting (hardware/software/network)
- Provide technical support to staff (PC, printer, email, internet, etc.)
- Support installation & configuration of computers and applications
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation
- Assist in basic network / system maintenance
- Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WiFi, router, IP)
- Familiar with troubleshooting / system support
- Experience with basic IT tools or helpdesk tasks
- Other IT-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science / related field
- At least 5 - 6 months of internship
- Basic knowledge in Windows, Microsoft Office, PC hardware
- Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work independently
- Good communication & teamwork skills
- Intake: April 2026
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM600.00 per month
Work Location: In person
