Description :
Salary: MYR 3,500 - MYR 7,000 Per Month
Location: KL City, WP Kuala Lumpur
Type: Full Time
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree.
- SPM holders must have 5 passes (inclusive of BM) and at least 3 years of working experience.
- Candidates with 3 years or more of relevant experience have an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication in Mandarin and English is an added advantage.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to engage in conversation with people at all levels.
- Must be resourceful, results-driven, and aspire to achieve high variable income.
Responsibilities:
- Sell and market Bancassurance products at Partner Bank's branches nationwide.
- Perform prospecting, cold calling, qualifying customers, setting appointments, and providing financial advisory services.
- Work with branch colleagues to convert lead referrals into sales closures.
- Build relationships with bank customers and strengthen rapport for subsequent up-selling.
- Engage in sales and marketing events at the bank to acquire new customers.
- Provide follow-up on policy servicing services to customers.
