We are looking for a committed and technically competent Machinery Executive to oversee the maintenance and performance of machinery across our mill and estate operations.
This role plays a key part in ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and timely reporting for management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all machinery and equipment in the mill and estate, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Monitor machinery condition and troubleshoot breakdowns efficiently.
- Coordinate with estate and mill teams, as well as external vendors, for repairs and servicing.
- Ensure full compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
- Prepare and submit monthly machinery performance and maintenance reports, including analysis of breakdowns, costs, and improvement actions.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and machinery upgrades.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in plantation, palm oil mill, or heavy machinery environment.
- Strong knowledge of mill and estate machinery systems (e.g., tractors, heavy equipment).
- Good analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for reporting and analysis.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gua Musang
