Kerja Kosong Assistant Business Development in Shah Alam
Description :
Business Development Support
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.
- Support the development and execution of business strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and pitch materials.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales pipelines.
Client Engagement
- Coordinate meetings, calls, follow-ups, and presentations with potential clients.
- Handle enquiries and provide product/service information.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct research on competitors, markets, and customer needs.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, lead progress, and performance.
- Analyse data to identify growth opportunities.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Assist in preparing documentation, contracts, and agreements.
- Support the Business Development Manager in daily tasks and projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, operations).
- Assist with events, networking sessions, and marketing campaigns when needed.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in sales or business development is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Must have own transport and valid driving license.
- Able to start immediately / join as soon as possible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
