JOB DETAILS
Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Kota Bharu, Kelantan
Benefits: Basic salary RM3,500 – RM4,000, unlimited commission, EPF, SOCSO, health insurance
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Sunday – Thursday)
Requirements: Minimum Degree with at least 3 years of experience in marketing
Job Scope:
- Plan and execute the company’s marketing strategies (online & offline).
- Manage and monitor marketing campaigns including digital ads, social media, and promotional activities.
- Analyze marketing performance and prepare reports with improvement recommendations.
- Lead and guide the marketing team to achieve assigned KPIs.
- Develop and strengthen the company’s brand presence in the market.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve customer conversion rates.
- Oversee the production of consistent and high-quality marketing content.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
Language:
- Bahasa (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
