Qualifications: Job Requirement / Qualifications:

• Education requirements: Degree and above
• Langauge Requirement: Strong proficiency in English (both writen and spoken)
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and engagingly.
• Training Skills: Experience in developing and delivering training programs, with a focus on adult learning principles.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Minimum Skills to Hire:
• • Content Moderation experience
  • Passion to provide great customer service experience
• Good-to-have Qualifications/ Experience
• • Content Moderation knowledge and/or experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel and Powerpoint); e-learning software will be an asset
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Critical thinking, analytical and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities:

• Overall Responsibilities:
  • Develop Training Programs: Design comprehensive training modules and materials tailored to the needs of e-commerce moderators.
  • Conduct Workshops: Lead interactive workshops and webinars to teach best practices for content moderation, user interaction, and platform management.
  • Provide Ongoing Support: Offer continuous support and coaching to moderators, addressing any challenges they face in their roles.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest trends, policies, and technologies in e-commerce and content moderation.
  • Evaluate Progress: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and platform policies.
  Preferred Skills:
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and moderation tools.
  • Conflict Resolution: Strong skills in resolving disputes and managing user interactions.
  • Public Speaking: Comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading interactive sessions.
