Kerja Kosong DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER ASSISTANT in Shah Alam

Description :

Responsibilities:

• Develop new products from the initial stages until future transfer to the production.
• Plan and manage new parts development schedule to achieve customer plans.
• Understand the injection mould and molding engineering process, project document processing and communication skills.
• Communicate with customers, vendors and internal teams to address and meet customer timelines and quality requirements.
• Manage and operate appearance and dimensional inspection of new parts, analyze and review part defect and inspection reports to study root causes and next step improvement countermeasures.
• Manage and operate reliability testing of new parts and preparation of reports on evaluation results.
• Manage and prepare new parts for testing, inspection, necessary test reports and sample submission until final customer approval.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 to 3 years of work experience in related fields, including knowledge and experience in injection mould and molding engineering processes.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mould, plastic injection and plating technology.
• Requires knowledge of 5S system, ISO9001 and ISO14001.
• Ability to work well under pressure and complete tasks on time.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 1 yrs experience in similar background / fresh graduate are welcome.
